Founder Bio
Brittany Knowles-Harris is a nationally recognized DEI curriculum creator, facilitator, and consultant who has worked extensively with corporate, non-profit and academic entities. Since 2009, she has worked on a number of initiatives to further diversity, inclusion, and equity, create programs to support underserved populations and develop culturally competent policies.
Brittany is a prolific speaker and has presented over 100 workshops/speeches on topics such as Sustaining Diverse Populations, Microaggressions, Implicit Bias, and Being Educated About Diversity (BEAD). Brittany’s “conversations” are an amalgamation of knowledge, passion, and authenticity combining to create a transformative environment and brave spaces for dialogue.
